Gaming Stars FZ-LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the War Nexus mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: When you sign in using Google, Email, or as a Guest, we collect your email address, display name, and a unique user identifier.
Game Data: We store your game progress including base buildings, units, resources, research, battle reports, and alliance membership on our servers (Firebase).
Chat Messages: Messages sent in global chat, alliance chat, and direct messages are stored on our servers.
Device Information: We collect Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send push notifications. We do not collect device identifiers, location data, or contacts.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions) with industry-standard encryption. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.
War Nexus offers optional in-app purchases for virtual currency (Gold). All payments are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store payment information.
War Nexus is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
We send push notifications for game events (attacks, battle results, alliance wars). You can disable specific notification categories in the app's Profile settings, or disable all notifications through your device settings.
Chat messages are filtered for profanity and spam. We reserve the right to moderate and remove inappropriate content. Users can be banned for violating community guidelines.
You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at remzidural06@gmail.com. Upon request, we will delete your account data within 30 days.
